Pins and Points…

by Kate on October 27, 2009

Another month, another ‘Around the Block’ block…well in this case it’s two blocks.

The lovely Lara sent out a great mix of chocolate, orange and blue fabrics and requested strong, bold and clear blocks influenced by stars and pinwheels.

Introducing the Nine Patch Star which measures 12″.

And the ‘Cant’ Stop Spinning’ Pinwheel (who comes up with these names?!?) which also measures 12″

I hope you like the blocks Lara and I look forward to seeing them all together.

Perfect choices Kate.
They look really effective but, looking closely, aren't too crazy to piece together.

Whoever comes up with the block names, is the wife of the dude who comes up with the house paint names. Obviously.
