Last night, we had a fantastic dinner at a British style gastropub called The Spotted Pig. The food was seasonal, fresh and I highly recommend the ‘Salty Dog’ cocktail.
We have had another day of wandering, caught the train down to the World Trade Centre sight and walked up to Soho for lunch.
Sarah said I must stop in at Dean & Deluca, so delicious and the fresh fruit and vegetable display was like a work of art. I started taking some photos but was quickly pounced upon by a staff member who promptly told me to put the camera away?!
This is the only one I got.
As of tomorrow I will be solo during the day, so hope to hit the shops and the garment district.

Look at you in your shorts and t-shirt.

Oh ok … Just left a message on flickr getting up you for lack of bags. I expect you will make up for that over the next few solo days! Love dean and deluca!
Kate I think I am going to have to stop reading your blog posts until you come back. You are making me too jealous. Have a great time tomorrow
I (a Dutch male quilter) love reading your adventures in NY, because I've visited this beautiful town last April. Be sure to check out the High Line Park: a lovely park build on an old railway track. Enjoy your stay!
Love that last shot! And a New York pretzel – yum!
Fabulous xo
