I have been going flat out at the machine over the weekend and got this top finished just in time for the quilt along.

It’s green, green, green but I am really happy with how it has turned out and I think my Nan will love it – this will be her Christmas gift.

Made with 20 different shades of Kona green (if you are after the exact shades, pop over here for the details) and Kona Ash has been used in each center square.

It is now with Karen for quilting.

Gorgeous Kate, the Ash centres are perfect with the green, a beautiful present. Can't wait to see how Karen quilts it. xo

I'm guessing Nan doesn't check in on the blog then? ;) I love it Kate. And I love a quilt blowing in the breeze shot.

I really could look at this quilt all day, not only because it makes me think of my son (green always does) but it is also calming. I am sure that your Nan will love it!
