Whenever I see blue and green together I hear my Mum’s voice…“Blue and Green shall never be seen, unless there is something in between”.
There probably is some truth in that saying but not when I am looking at these guys.

I have never agreed with that saying! They are my 2 favourite colours and ALWAYS look good together! I always think of leaves and blue sky or the shifting colours of the sea. How could you not like blue and green together!

Did they all learn that at mum school?? It's like pink & red, i LOVE that combination. I also patchwork with florals, stripes, ginghams & patterns, big original patchwork faux pas but hell, i love it!! Technically you do have the wood between your blue & green framing it only makes the colours work better!! I still love my blue & green, love Posie

My Nan used to say 'Blue and green shouldn't be seen except with a spot of yellow inbetween'.
Gorgeous! I grew up listening to that saying, but to me, blue and green are one of the prettiest of colour combinations :)
