The lovely Victoria of Bumblebeans Inc has committed to delivering 700 quilts for her South Bronx charity project.
The project takes homeless families out of the shelters and gets them back into transitional housing, it is a fantastic initiative which you can read more about here.
To date, Victoria (with the help of lots of quilters) have reached 300 donated quilts but still need more!
I can’t imagine not having a home but it is a reality that many people face and sending off a bit of handmade goodness is the least I can do.
This top just needs quilting and has my absolute favourite, favourite Liberty print.
I have a real soft spot for horses.
