A moment in time

When it comes to taking photos we are like most families, the same person always seems to be behind the camera and in our case, that person is Jason.

This poses the obvious problem, he never appears in any of our family happy snaps.

Enter, Tim Coulson.

When Kirst first got me onto Tim’s site I was blown away by his photography. He seems to capture the essence of each family and I knew straight away that I wanted photos like that, of us.

Last week, Tim spent the afternoon with us and from the moment Tim arrived, we felt like we were catching up with an old friend.

Apart from being supremely talented behind the click, Tim is one of the nicest guys you will meet and in my opinion, it’s these two things that make Tim’s photos really special.

When I saw the photos Tim took of us, there was a sharp intake of breath – they are everything I hoped they would be and more.

I just can’t thank Tim enough.

So, if you want photos with soul…Tim’s your man.
