Both my kids are pretty good eaters but having a few different breakfast recipes to select from never goes astray.
This is a very basic, but super delicious breakfast smoothie that the kids love.
You will need:
1 cup of frozen mango or fruit of choice
1 cup of milk of choice – I use unsweetened almond milk
half a cup of natural yoghurt
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of raw cacao powder
Blend in a high powered blender. Serves 2 hungry smalls.
*I like using frozen banana’s as it gives the smoothie a thick consistency. Just make sure you peel them BEFORE they head into the freezer.
